Thunder Rock was intentionally created as a gathering place — several homes, a private meeting room, and a setting free from everyday distractions. Most groups don’t just need a place to stay. They need a place that brings them together.

The main house
Ocotillo House
Three levels, six bedrooms, and the heart of the resort. Built for the group that wants everyone under one roof.
Two-level house
Saguaro House
A quieter house with its own patio, grill, and balcony. Room for a couple or a small family, with the whole resort outside the door.
The A-frame
Cholla House
The A-frame. Five beds, upper and lower patios, and the same pool and grounds as the larger houses.
One-level cabin
Harley House
A Harley-themed one-level house. Four beds, a covered patio, and views toward Usery Mountain.
The studio
Treehouse
The small studio. Two beds, for two people, or three if the larger bed is shared.
Shared with every stay
The grounds are part of the room.
- Resort pool A large pool with a swim-up bar and a sunbathing lido. Heat is available as an add-on when you book.
- Spa and grotto Soak after the hike. The spa and swim-up grotto sit with the pool, not in a separate club you pay to enter.
- Fire pit A communal fire pit for the houses that are in residence. Evenings stay on the property.
- Patios and grills Each house has its own outdoor seating. Barbecue and a patio bar cover the meals you do not want to leave for.
Weddings
Two days on the mountain, or one day that is just yours.
A two-day wedding is $15,000 plus tax. A one-day wedding is $5,500. Showers, retreats, and meetings are booked separately.
